Qualification: CNA or LPN Hours: Part-Time Start Date: October ending. Frequency: 4 hrs./day, 3 days/week Location: Wesley Chapel	Daily weight and vitals Medication administration assistance Dementia care Help with Mobility as needed and walking for exercise and circulation Shower, Shave Meal Preparation Laundry Change bedding as needed Drive to appointments if needed
